The trail is rated 2. The trail will be along gravel paths in New River Trail State Park and on paved surfaces in the town of Galax. The trail is suitable for wheelchairs and stroller. |
| Award: | This is a credit only event. There is no commemorative award. |
| Fees: | The IVV fee only is $3. |
| Stipulations: | Pets must be under control at all times and must be picked up after. Pets are not allowed in the start point. Restrooms and water are available only at the start point. |
| Special Programs: | We feel this walk qualifies for Walking America's Trails and Museum Walk America. |
